NEW ZEALAND JAZZ FOUNDATION TRUSTEES
Chairperson - Graeme Freeman
Graeme is a retired Senior Public Servant who has been a past Vice President of the NZJF and a member of the Committee for many years. He has twice been President of the Wellington Jazz Club and is currently still a Committee member of that Club.
Duncan Wylie
Duncan is a partner in an International Professional Services firm. He has been responsible for the Foundations finances over the last four years and continues in this role as a Trustee. Duncan is a Past President of the Wellington Jazz Club and has been a Trustee of the Wellington International Jazz Festival.
Colin Hemmingsen
Colin was a founding member of the NZJF and was President of the Foundation up until last year. Colin is one of New Zealands foremost musicians, a long standing member of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and still very active as a professional musician. Colin is currently a Senior Lecturer at the New Zealand School of Music.
Gary Girvan
Gary is a retired Deputy Secondary School Principal .Through the 60's to 80's Gary was a semi professional musician around Wellington and ran the Wellington College Big Band for 15 years. Gary is a long standing committee member of the NZJF.
Greg Crayford.
Greg is Head of Music at a Wellington Secondary School. Greg is also a part-time professional musician. He has been carrying out the duties of Secretary of the NZJF in recent years and will continue in that role as a Trustee. Greg also handles the communications role as a Trustee.
